Japanese Knotweed Ltd has been asked to provide a presentation at the upcoming RICS CPD Day in Deganwy, North Wales on 21 March 2017. The presentation will discuss the issues of Japanese Knotweed in relation to residential property, covering the following topics:

- Assessment framework for Japanese Knotweed
Ben Lindley possesses over 12 years’ experience in the invasive weeds industry and is the Sales and Marketing Director at Japanese Knotweed Ltd. The company is a member of the Property Care Association’s ‘Invasive Weed Control Group’ (IWCG) trade body. Ben sits on the IWCG Core Group who help make decisions and establish objectives for the IWCG. His work for Japanese Knotweed Ltd includes providing direction on; understanding and explaining the risks posed by knotweed, conducting accurate site surveys and developing remedial Knotweed Management Plans (KMP). KMPs may include for long term chemical treatment with guarantee or instant eradication via excavation. Knotweed Survey and KMP services are provided by Japanese Knotweed Ltd to both the public and private sector.
